More Than 20 New Shyrdaks

The picture above shows only one of 20 new shyrdaks, which we have acquired during our trip to Kyrgyzstan in October 2015.

It was a partly very hard but at times also very fulfilling trip to the mountain villages of this beautiful country. A number of the producers visited, are producing exclusively for karpet and were therefore particularly happy about the direct support, which our purchases meant for them and their lives.

Currently, the new rugs are on their way to Europe, where we will treat them against moths and otherwise prepare them for resale. It will therefore take a few more weeks until we can announce the additions to our assortment on these pages.
